Britehouse Mobility, a South African technology company, has completed a management buyout from NTT DATA, becoming a fully independent company once again. The transaction, whose financial terms were not disclosed, marks a significant shift in the company’s operational structure.
NTT DATA played a key role in expanding Britehouse Mobility’s market presence. With the buyout, the company, now rebranded simply as Britehouse, plans to focus on delivering digital and AI-integrated solutions with more operational flexibility.

“After several years as part of the global NTT DATA group, Britehouse is returning to its roots as an independent, South African-led business,” said Graham Parker, Executive Chairman at Britehouse.
