Change Logic expands People Solutions division to support workforce and operational transformation
Postado por Editorial em 08/05/2026 em TECH NEWSCompany combines organisational design, workforce transformation and operational support to help businesses implement change across teams, leadership and day-to-day operations.

As businesses face growing pressure to adapt to new technologies, shifting workforce expectations and tighter operational demands, many are finding that strategy alone is no longer enough. The challenge increasingly lies in aligning people, leadership structures and daily operations to make transformation work in practice.
This shift is driving demand for more practical implementation support, according to Change Logic CS, a business transformation and change management consultancy that has expanded its People Solutions division to help organisations navigate workforce and operating model change.
The division brings together expertise in organisational design, workforce transformation, sales optimisation and B-BBEE advisory, allowing organisations to address multiple operational and people-related challenges through a single structure.
“Organisations don’t transform through ideas alone; they transform through execution,” said Michaela Voller, Executive for the People Solutions division at Change Logic. “Too many businesses invest heavily in strategy but struggle to operationalise change across teams, leadership structures and day-to-day behaviours. In many cases, teams are still working against structures and processes that no longer match how the business actually operates.”
According to the company, many organisations are now reassessing how they structure teams, manage digital adoption and respond to operational changes linked to AI and evolving business models.
Within the division, the organisational design practice focuses on helping businesses redesign operating models, governance structures and workforce alignment to better support current operational demands. This includes support for post-merger integration, restructuring initiatives and role clarity programmes.
The workforce transformation capability is aimed at improving employee readiness during periods of change. Services include leadership development, digital workforce enablement, workforce data alignment and support for embedding new ways of working.
Change Logic has also expanded its sales optimisation services, which focus on reducing operational inefficiencies that impact commercial performance. According to the company, this includes support around CRM adoption, sales governance, compensation models and operational visibility.
Alongside these services, the division continues to provide B-BBEE advisory support through collaboration with parent company Acorn Black Investments, helping organisations align compliance requirements with broader operational objectives.
Recognising that organisational restructuring alone does not guarantee adoption, the People Solutions division works alongside Change Logic’s Change Management Solutions practice to support communication, leadership alignment and workforce adoption throughout transformation projects.
“Unlike traditional advisory firms, we don’t disappear after presenting recommendations,” Voller added. “We work alongside our clients to help operationalise change, support workforce adoption and navigate the practical realities that come with transformation inside complex organisations.”
The company said the expansion builds on its broader focus on workforce enablement and organisational change as businesses continue adapting to digital transformation, operational complexity and evolving workforce expectations.
