Creatio, a global provider of a no-code customer relationship management and workflow automation platform, has entered into a partnership with Almoayyed Computers Middle East (ACME), a Bahrain-based technology services company with more than 40 years of operations across the region.

Under the agreement, ACME will deliver Creatio's platform, which combines AI-driven automation with no-code application building,  to enterprise clients across sectors including finance, education, retail, and the public sector. The partnership gives Creatio a channel partner with an established footprint in the Gulf, while ACME adds an agentic AI and workflow tool to a portfolio that already covers cloud infrastructure, managed services, ERP, CRM, and digital transformation consulting.

"Partnering with ACME allows us to bring the power of agentic AI and no-code automation to organisations that are rapidly transforming across the region," said Alex Donchuk, SVP of Global Channels at Creatio. "ACME's deep understanding of local markets and strong delivery capabilities make them an ideal partner to help customers modernise operations and achieve faster business outcomes."

For ACME, the deal extends a services portfolio it has built over four decades into newer automation and AI territory. The company currently serves both public and private sector clients across cloud, IT consulting, business process management, and enterprise software.

"Our partnership with Creatio enables us to offer clients solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth," said S.M. Hussaini, CEO at Almoayyed Computers Middle East. "Together, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and empowering organisations to lead in the digital era."

The announcement reflects a broader pattern of global software vendors seeking regional distribution partners in the Middle East as enterprise technology spending accelerates, particularly in markets where local presence and Arabic-language support remain important factors in procurement decisions.
