KnowBe4 has joined the Microsoft Security Store Partner Ecosystem, making its human and AI-driven risk management platform available through Microsoft’s marketplace. The move aims to simplify access to integrated security solutions for organisations seeking stronger defences and faster deployment.
As part of this initiative, KnowBe4’s platform, designed to address both human and agentic AI risks, can now be procured directly through the Microsoft Security Store. The collaboration is intended to streamline adoption, improve interoperability with Microsoft Security technologies, and support customers in building a more layered cybersecurity strategy.
“Becoming a launch partner for the Microsoft Security Store reinforces our commitment to providing seamless, integrated security solutions,” said Stuart Clark, Senior Vice President of Product Management at KnowBe4. “By combining KnowBe4’s AI-powered human risk management with Microsoft Security offerings, customers can strengthen their defence-in-depth strategies and achieve better protection across their organisations.”
Microsoft developed the Security Store to help businesses simplify how they discover, purchase, and implement cybersecurity technologies. The store aggregates a curated selection of trusted solutions and AI agents designed to integrate directly with Microsoft’s ecosystem, offering simplified billing, verified compatibility, and guided deployment.
“The Microsoft Security Store is designed to make cybersecurity more accessible and effective,” said Dorothy Li, Corporate Vice President, Security Copilot, Ecosystem and Marketplace at Microsoft. “By bringing together a range of trusted, interoperable tools, we enable security and IT teams to act faster, improve their security posture, and focus on what matters most.”
KnowBe4 is actively collaborating with Microsoft on the ongoing evolution of the Security Store, providing input on integration, user experience, and end-customer needs. Through this partnership, organisations gain centralised access to certified security tools that align with industry standards and best practices.
With over 70,000 organisations worldwide using its services, KnowBe4 continues to focus on human-centric cybersecurity and education. Its offerings span compliance training, cloud email protection, phishing prevention, and AI Defence Agents. The company’s participation in Microsoft’s new ecosystem reflects its goal of making cybersecurity both scalable and accessible in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
