NetSuite expands SuiteCloud Platform with new AI innovations

New capabilities enable customers, partners, and developers to integrate leading AI models, build custom agents, and compose AI-driven workflows and experiences within NetSuite.

Oracle NetSuite today announced the next generation of the NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform, an extensibility and customization environment that enables organizations to tailor NetSuite to their specific business needs. Built on NetSuite’s unified data model and open standards, the enhanced SuiteCloud now allows users to integrate leading AI models, design custom AI agents, and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and experiences.

The new open and composable capabilities in SuiteCloud bring AI directly into the way businesses extend and personalize NetSuite. Highlights include:

AI Connector Service: Enables organizations to select the right AI models for their business needs, define accessible data, and govern how models interact with NetSuite. Built on open standards, including the Model Context Protocol (MCP), it provides a secure connection between NetSuite and external assistants, including both standard and custom MCP tools.

SuiteAgent Frameworks: Allow customers, partners, and developers to build and deploy AI agents (SuiteAgents) directly on the SuiteCloud platform, leveraging NetSuite AI services to accelerate outcomes.

AI Toolkits: Collections of APIs that expose NetSuite’s own AI services — including document analysis, reasoning, and narrative reporting — for use directly in SuiteApps, workflows, and customizations.

AI Assistants: Tools such as the SuiteCloud Developer Assistant, which accelerates coding, documentation, and testing, and the SuiteFlow Assistant, which allows users to create workflows using natural language within NetSuite Next.

AI Studios: Empower administrators to configure, fine-tune, and manage how AI operates within NetSuite, including prompt management and narrative generation studios.

Availability

New AI capabilities are already available, with additional features planned for release in NetSuite Next over the next 12 months. The enhanced SuiteCloud Platform gives users even greater flexibility to customize, extend, and innovate within NetSuite.
