Oracle NetSuite, the #1 Cloud ERP with AI, announced today NetSuite Next. Designed to be collaborative, insightful, adaptable, and reliable, NetSuite Next is the future of NetSuite. By incorporating conversational intelligence, agentic workflows, and natural language search capabilities, NetSuite Next handles repetitive and complex tasks, enabling businesses to achieve results faster and more intuitively.
"NetSuite Next puts AI to work for businesses, making it a natural extension of how they already operate," said Evan Goldberg, Founder and EVP of Oracle NetSuite. "With AI innovations incorporated, NetSuite Next can deliver insights and autonomously complete repetitive and complex tasks with enterprise-level reliability. Each insight and action is grounded in data and governed by existing roles, permissions, and policies. It enables users to discover patterns in their business and interact with NetSuite in their own words, understanding each user's individual context to deliver responses and actions that provide immediate value."
The core of the NetSuite Next user experience is Ask Oracle, a natural language assistant that enables users to search, navigate, analyze, and act across the entire NetSuite dataset using their own words. It provides contextual answers, visualizations, interactive content, and reasoning that explain the "how" and "why" behind each response, allowing users to collaborate more easily with NetSuite.
Additionally, Ask Oracle works across all customizations and extensions created on the SuiteCloud Platform, including partner applications available on the SuiteCloud Developer Network, to deliver a seamless experience and contextual insights throughout the suite.
Customers can switch to NetSuite Next with the click of a button, without needing to migrate or disrupt existing customizations. Powered by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and grounded in each customer's existing data and controls, NetSuite Next combines a unified data model with explainable and auditable AI and the Redwood Design System. This foundation will enable NetSuite Next to become a natural extension of existing operations and ensure that each insight and action is reliable. It also allows NetSuite Next to help identify opportunities and risks before they become problems, understand each user's roles and context, and handle both repetitive and complex tasks while enabling users to maintain control.
NetSuite Next includes:
AI Canvas: A collaborative workspace embedded in NetSuite. AI Canvas enables users and teams to transform data into action, helping them analyze problems, brainstorm solutions, and trigger agentic workflows from a visual workspace.
Narrative Summaries and Insights: Automated explanations available in record forms, reports, and other suite pages. The narrative summaries and insights feature proactively presents correlations and trends from NetSuite's unified data model, enabling users to identify opportunities and risks before they become problems.
Agentic Workflows: Proactive, AI-driven workflows that help automate complex tasks such as payment proposals, vendor selection, reconciliations, and supply chain operations. The new agentic workflows give users the choice to approve key decisions or allow agents to act autonomously.
Document and Knowledge Integration: Large language models (LLMs) extract and validate information from a wide variety of sources, including invoices, contracts, receipts, PDFs, policy manuals, training guides, customer testimonials, and purchase orders. This reduces manual work and improves insight accuracy, enabling NetSuite to read, interpret, and act on this knowledge, transforming isolated documents into actionable workflows.
Availability
NetSuite Next will be initially available to customers in North America within the next 12 months.
