Pipedrive launches Pulse prospecting toolkit and restructures pricing plans

Pipedrive, the sales CRM for small businesses, launched Pipedrive Pulse, a prospecting toolkit that helps sales teams focus on qualified leads and manage their pipeline. The company introduced restructured plans aligned with customer needs and two enhancements: Team Inbox and branched automations.
Pipedrive research indicates that 60% of CRM users struggle with pre-sales activities, particularly with qualifying and nurturing leads. Small business sales teams often manage multiple roles and dozens of leads simultaneously, making qualification and prioritization necessary.
Pulse combines leads enrichment, scoring, nurturing and a sales feed in one platform. Users can fill missing lead data, score leads based on business criteria, automate nurturing with custom email sequences and identify priority opportunities using a personalized sales feed.

Pipedrive also introduced Team Inbox and branched automations. Team Inbox centralizes shared email communication into one workspace, allowing multiple users to access, manage and respond to customer messages without leaving Pipedrive. Branched automations enable users to build condition-based workflows that take different paths based on specific criteria.
The company restructured its pricing plans to reflect customer growth stages. Lite provides lead and pipeline management, AI-generated sales reports and the Pulse sales feed. Growth includes email automation, forecasting tools and nurturing sequences. Premium adds lead generation, custom deal scoring, data enrichment, contracts and e-signatures. Ultimate delivers enriched data, account-level security, expanded usage limits and a sandbox environment.
"These updates make it easier for teams to access the features they need, stay focused and grow without friction," said Ruubel. For many existing customers, switching to their new plan means more features at the same cost. Pulse Feed will be available to all Pipedrive users regardless of their plan.
