Prescient, a global financial services group based in South Africa, has appointed two new Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) to lead the digital transformation efforts across its core divisions, Prescient Investment Management, focused on asset and portfolio management, and Prescient Fund Services, which provides fund administration and operational support to institutional clients.

In a strategic move to boost technological innovation, Norman Roberts has been named CTO of Prescient Investment Management, a newly established role that reports directly to the CEO. Roberts brings a wealth of experience from his previous position as technical operations manager at Ayoba, where he played a key role in launching and scaling digital platforms.

Commenting on the new role, Norman said he was drawn by the firm’s strong track record and its focus on building a digitally empowered, client-centric ecosystem. "This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of an already forward-thinking business," he stated.

Norman is known for his deep technical expertise and hands-on leadership in engineering robust, scalable systems and delivering innovation across complex infrastructure environments.

Meanwhile, Clinton Bosch has joined as CTO of Prescient Fund Services, where he will be responsible for aligning the IT roadmap with broader business goals. With over 15 years of experience in cloud-first architectures, technology strategy, and digital transformation, Bosch is well-positioned to support the division’s next phase of growth.

A graduate in electrical engineering from Stellenbosch University, Clinton is a three-time AWS certified associate and an award-winning IT executive known for building high-performing technology teams across industries.

These leadership appointments reflect Prescient’s continued investment in digital modernization to enhance efficiency, scalability, and value for clients across its operations.
