As African businesses rapidly adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI), South African technology firm 4Sight Holdings has strengthened its position in the market by acquiring XFour Group, a specialist in HR and payroll technology integration, for $2.2 million (R40 million).
This strategic move highlights the growing synergy between AI and human resource management, enhancing 4Sight’s People Solutions division and reinforcing its competitive advantage. XFour’s expertise lies in its cloud-based interface for Sage 300 People, which combines global scalability with localized responsiveness.
With a proven track record in enterprise projects, XFour has successfully deployed solutions for major clients with workforces exceeding 10,000 employees. Its methodology and dedicated resource model ensure seamless implementation, along with ongoing support to drive long-term client success.
Headquartered in Centurion, 4Sight emphasized that the acquisition not only bolsters its digital transformation offerings but also aligns with its broader vision of revolutionizing HR through AI and automation. Operating in over 20 African countries, 4Sight believes XFour’s capabilities will accelerate growth, innovation, and client value in an evolving workplace landscape.

XFour’s product suite includes RocketSlip, a mobile-first employee self-service platform leveraging WhatsApp for HR interactions, and XOne, a scalable solution for onboarding, timesheet management, and offboarding.
