With 1,500+ employees and operations across 25 branches, DBK is building an AI-native foundation for future growth?

Creatio, a global provider of an AI-native platform for workflow and CRM automation, announced that Grupa DBK has selected its technology for a company-wide digital transformation. Creatio will serve as the foundation for DBK's modernization efforts. Delivered in collaboration with Deloitte, the initiative includes the implementation of Sales, Service, and Marketing Creatio across group entities.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Poland, DBK Group is a provider of transport, shipping, and logistics (TSL) solutions in the region. With 24 branches, 5 partner outlets, and a service center in Lithuania, the group includes 9 companies and employs over 1,500 people. Its portfolio extends beyond vehicle distribution and maintenance to include leasing, insurance, and financial services.

To advance its client-facing strategy, Grupa DBK launched a digital transformation initiative centered on creating a unified customer engagement platform. After evaluation of CRM systems, the company selected Creatio. The platform will integrate across business units.

"We needed a platform that could grow with us, flexible, easy to adapt, and open to integration with our digital ecosystem," said Jaroslaw Czerwinski, CTO from Grupa DBK. "Creatio offers this. It's a tool that gives us control over how we support every client, brand, and business unit within our group."

The project is being delivered in collaboration with Deloitte, a Creatio partner with experience in CRM and data transformation programs. Together with Deloitte, DBK is implementing a rollout to all group companies within eight months.

"The implementation of the Creatio CRM platform at DBK Group is an example of digitalization of sales and customer service processes. The no-code architecture enabled configuration of modules for B2B workflows, from lead management and quoting to integration with the existing ERP ecosystem, without building a solution from scratch. The no-code platform also enables upskilling of the client's personnel, allowing DBK to develop solutions independently, which reduces implementation costs. This project demonstrates how technologies can support digital transformation across the automotive sector and beyond," said Jakub B?kowski, Partner Associate at Deloitte Digital.

"Grupa DBK is an example of how a company in a traditional industry can reimagine customer operations," said Jason Olkowski, Chief Customer Officer at Creatio. "Their multi-brand strategy, combined with Creatio's AI-native and no-code approach, is changing customer engagement and operational agility."
