Kyocera South Africa strengthens production print team with new specialist appointment

Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa has named Vanessa Richardson as its new production sales specialist, reinforcing the company’s focus on expanding its production print portfolio and delivering tailored solutions to customers.

Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa, a subsidiary of global document management and printing solutions provider Kyocera, has appointed Vanessa Richardson as its new production sales specialist. The appointment highlights the company’s strategic commitment to growing its production print offering and enhancing engagement with clients across the region.

Richardson brings more than a decade of industry experience spanning sales, operations, marketing, and leadership roles. She joins Kyocera following a ten-year career at Arctec (Pty) Ltd, where she rose from marketing assistant to general manager, overseeing national sales strategies and product development in the print, packaging, and automation sectors.

Her career began in the photographic printing sector, with over 12 years at Foto First and Qphoto, where she developed a practical understanding of production workflows. This hands-on expertise shaped her consultative approach to solution selling, with a strong focus on helping businesses in high-volume and fast-paced environments implement reliable and efficient printing solutions.

In her new role at Kyocera, Richardson will work closely with customers and partners to design and implement sustainable, application-specific production print solutions that drive both performance and long-term value.

Outside her professional work, Richardson enjoys photography, travel, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. She sees her new role as the start of a long-term journey with Kyocera, helping customers achieve greater reliability, efficiency, and growth through the company’s expanding portfolio of production print technologies.
