SEIDOR, a technology consulting firm headquartered in Spain that provides SAP implementation, cloud, cybersecurity, data and customer experience services across 45 countries, closed 2025 with revenue of €1.174 billion, representing growth of 7.9% at constant exchange rates. The company now employs more than 10,000 professionals and counts over 6,600 clients globally.
Much of 2025 was directed at structural preparation rather than expansion alone. SEIDOR rolled out its ONE SEIDOR model, designed to operate the company as a single integrated entity across all markets, standardising processes, structure and service delivery. In November 2025, the board approved a strategic plan for 2026 to 2030 that sets a revenue target of €2 billion and positions SEIDOR as the global midmarket leader in SAP and technology services. The plan organises growth around four areas: SAP, solutions and technology, marketing and talent, and identifies Spain, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States as priority markets.
The plan also formalises a two-track commercial model. The first, Midmarket Champion, continues SEIDOR's established focus on mid-sized companies. The second, Boutique AVANT, is a new proposition aimed at large enterprises and the public sector, built around expert teams, an agile operating structure and applied use of AI. The model was presented in Madrid to more than 100 CIOs from major Spanish companies. Sergi Biosca, CEO of SEIDOR, described the logic behind extending the company's midmarket approach upmarket: "SEIDOR's experience in midmarket, with focus, proximity and the ability to make the complex simple, is also a direct advantage in large accounts, especially in a cycle where value is shifting from execution capacity to judgment and measurable impact."
Spain remained the company's largest and fastest-growing market in 2025, with double-digit growth and an increasing proportion of revenue coming from large enterprise and public sector clients. The United Kingdom, Brazil and the United States also recorded double-digit growth and are identified as the primary levers of international expansion. Biosca noted that "the 2025 results confirm the robustness of the model and allow us to face the next stage with ambition, with the capabilities and assets needed to continue offering high value-added services and competing at global scale."
On the technology side, SEIDOR built out its AI capabilities through several parallel initiatives. The company established an AI Centre of Excellence with more than 200 professionals and developed Delfos, a proprietary platform that enables users to interact with virtual assistants using natural language across data, documents and corporate systems within a private and secure environment. SEIDOR has deployed specific agents built on Delfos to support SAP clients migrating from traditional ERP to cloud environments, as well as agents covering cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, data and customer experience.
The company also deployed Microsoft Copilot to more than 2,000 professionals in Spain, doubling an initial commitment of 1,000 users. In parallel, SEIDOR obtained ISO 42001 certification, the first international standard for responsible AI management, covering governance, transparency and ethical controls in the development and use of AI systems. Biosca described the company's position on AI investment: "We do not conceive AI only as a lever of efficiency, but above all as a growth engine: to drive the business, generate more value for our clients and open better opportunities for our professionals."
In its SAP partnership, SEIDOR achieved Global Platinum Reseller Partner status in 2025, a designation held by eleven organisations worldwide. During the year the company completed 222 RISE with SAP projects and 86 GROW with SAP projects, and received 18 SAP Partner Excellence Awards across Spain, EMEA and Latin America, with that number rising to 21 in 2026. SEIDOR also received recognition from Google Cloud for SAP on Google Cloud services specialisation, was named an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, and received IBM's Partner of the Year award for infrastructure in Spain.
One year after global investment firm Carlyle acquired a 60% stake in SEIDOR, the company's founding Benito family retains 40% of the capital and continues to hold the executive chairmanship, with the group's headquarters remaining in Spain. Carlyle's involvement provides access to more than 60 global technology companies within its CETP portfolio, which SEIDOR is using to support commercial and delivery capacity as it accelerates international expansion through a combination of organic growth and selective acquisitions.
On talent, the company received 15,000 job applications in the first quarter of 2026, compared with the total received across all of 2024 and 2025 combined. More than 500 people have completed training through the SEIDOR Academy, 40% of them women, with AI skills as a focus area.
