VeliTech expands to South Africa through iGaming technology solutions

VeliTech, a provider of iGaming technology solutions, has launched operations in South Africa. The company offers a platform designed to help operators streamline market entry, manage payments, and enhance player engagement.
South Africa’s iGaming market is projected to reach $431 million in 2025, with an estimated annual revenue growth of 4.71%, reaching $518 million by 2029, according to Statista.
“Our platform provides operators with the tools needed to scale and adapt to market demands,” said Petro Magos, VeliTech’s South Africa Regional Representative. “With solutions tailored to local requirements, businesses can navigate regulatory and operational challenges more efficiently.”
VeliTech’s platform includes a payment gateway integrated with over 400 local Payment Service Providers, supporting cryptocurrency transactions, automated and manual withdrawals, and multi-currency rewards. The system processes over 8,000 daily transactions and distributes more than 100,000 bonuses weekly.
The company also provides data analytics tools, real-time player insights, and a Player Account Management (PAM) system to support engagement and retention strategies. Additionally, its game aggregation service grants operators access to a variety of gaming content.
For sports betting, VeliTech’s platform offers coverage of over 100 sports, 2,500 markets, and 30,000 live matches, with omnichannel compatibility across desktop, mobile, retail, and terminals.

VeliTech’s expansion into South Africa includes partnerships with game developers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and Habanero. The company aims to support local operators with scalable solutions that optimize operations and improve player experiences.
