VoiceAbility, a UK-based voice and rights charity, has partnered with Sabio Group, a digital CX transformation leader, to launch an innovative customer experience (CX) solution tailored for neurodivergent individuals. The system eliminates traditional accessibility hurdles by automatically routing callers to trained support teams, bypassing confusing IVR menus and robotic voice prompts.
Developed on Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect, the platform prioritizes ease of access for neurodivergent users, who often face challenges with conventional customer service channels. “This isn’t just about technology, it’s about dignity,” emphasized Allon Moses, VoiceAbility’s Director of IT and Data. “We’re dismantling systemic barriers to ensure everyone receives the advocacy they need, without friction.”
The rollout marks Phase 1 of a broader digital transformation, with future upgrades including AI-driven case allocation, expanded self-service tools, and video-calling capabilities to deepen agent-user connections.
Sabio Group’s Managing Director for the UK and South Africa, Daniel Seaborne, added: “Collaborating with VoiceAbility allowed us to merge technical innovation with their advocacy expertise. The result? A CX model that redefines accessibility for neurodivergent communities.”
With over 40 years of supporting marginalized groups, VoiceAbility assists thousands annually in navigating critical health, care, and legal decisions. This initiative underscores a growing demand for inclusive design in customer service, proving that empathy and technology can (and must) coexist.
