Zoho Corporation, a global technology provider with more than 130 million users, has introduced a new set of agentic AI capabilities across its Collaboration, Customer Experience, and Human Resources applications. The tools aim to simplify the integration of AI into everyday operations, reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, and support data-driven decision-making. These features are now available at no extra cost within existing Zoho applications.
The rollout follows the recent introduction of Zia Hubs—which enables AI access to unstructured company data—and Zia LLM, Zoho’s proprietary large language model designed specifically for business use. Together with Zia, Zoho’s long-standing AI assistant, these elements form the foundation for the company’s broader agentic AI strategy, which focuses on practical applications of AI across its 55+ app ecosystem.
“Many organizations have struggled to adopt AI because of fragmented data, legacy systems, and high implementation costs,” said Raju Vegesna, Chief Evangelist at Zoho. “Because Zoho operates on a unified technology stack, AI integration happens natively within the system—without the need for third-party tools or additional costs.”
“With Zoho’s AI and MCP capabilities, we’ve streamlined our workflows across Zoho Desk, Analytics, and CRM,” said Philip Edey, Business Analyst at Arctic Spas Inc. “This has allowed our sales team to scale lead management from 300 to nearly 1,000 per week, while maintaining accuracy and consistency.”
The new agentic tools build on Zoho’s existing AI portfolio, including Zia Agents, Zia Agent Studio, and Agent Marketplace. These agents leverage data across multiple applications to automate tasks such as consolidating documents, scheduling meetings, or converting incoming messages into CRM leads.
Collaboration
Within Zoho Workplace, updates extend across Mail, Cliq, Sheet, and Tables.
In Mail, users can interact with Ask Zia to execute multi-step commands, such as finding specific emails, summarizing them into a document, and sharing through integrated apps.
Lead Generation Agent scans unread emails to identify and automatically create CRM leads.
In Tables, users can describe a use case, and Zia generates an entire database structure, including tables, sample data, and links. Other new fields, such as Keyword Extraction, Sentiment Analysis, and Language Detection, support automated data processing and analysis.
Customer Experience
In Zoho Desk, new pre-built agents automate common support tasks.
The Resolution Expert captures and summarizes resolved tickets to improve knowledge bases and speed up future interactions, enhancing customer support efficiency.
Agreement Management
Zoho Sign, used by over 40,000 businesses, introduces Agreement Intelligence, which generates contract drafts based on user prompts and allows real-time editing.
Ask Zia can review, summarize, and suggest edits for agreements directly within the app.
Human Resources
Zoho Recruit now applies agentic AI to candidate matching and assessment creation.
Candidate Matches and Job Matches analyze resumes and job descriptions to identify optimal fits.
AI-Assisted Assessment Generation creates tailored evaluation forms, including questions and scoring metrics, for different hiring stages.
