Zoho Corporation, a global technology company, has introduced Zia Hubs, an advanced new capability within Zoho WorkDrive that enables organizations to extract actionable insights from unstructured content, such as emails, documents, videos, and audio files, across their business ecosystems.
Leveraging Zoho's deep AI stack and extensive portfolio of applications, Zia Hubs integrates agentic AI, intelligent content grouping, and contextual search to give users a smarter way to understand and use their business data, regardless of file format or structure. The move builds on research from IDC showing that over 80% of business data is unstructured, often buried within informal communication and long-form content that traditional systems struggle to process.
“Most of this information is text-based, email threads, social media posts, documents, call transcripts, and with Zia Hubs seamlessly connected to Zoho’s suite, we’re offering a level of integration and utility that is unmatched in the market,” said Raju Vegesna, Zoho’s Chief Evangelist.
Now available in early access to selected Zoho WorkDrive users, Zia Hubs serves as an intelligent content layer where teams can organize task- or project-specific material into hubs that Zia can process and learn from. With full user control over content permissions, Zia identifies contextual elements, such as section headers, accompanying text, visuals, and audio/video segments, to retain meaning and relevance.
For audio and video, automatic transcription and topic linking allows users to quickly locate key moments. Within this centralized space, users can ask questions and receive precise answers backed by source citations; automate document handling via Zoho Flow, ensuring Zia always works with the latest files; and connect third-party content (like DocuSign PDFs, RingCentral call logs, or Zoom recordings) directly into hubs through custom workflows. This suite of features enables Zia not only to retrieve information but to activate smart processes across the enterprise.
Zia Hubs is part of Zoho’s broader vision to embed contextual, assistive, and agentic AI throughout its 55+ product ecosystem. With complete control over its technology stack, Zoho is positioned to evolve Zia Hubs into the core content intelligence engine that powers future AI-native workflows. Upcoming enhancements will enable the system to detect structured data within unstructured sources and launch specialized AI agents to support vertical-specific business tasks.
The service will see wider rollout by the end of Q3 2025. Zoho also reinforced its commitment to privacy-first AI: its models do not train on consumer data or retain customer information, and are built to deliver enterprise-grade intelligence without inflating customer costs.
