Zoho launches Zoho Spend and Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition for large businesses

New solutions combine spend management with payroll capabilities and enterprise billing features. Company also adds AI capabilities across its Finance and Operations Platform.

Zoho Corporation announced the launch of Zoho Spend and Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition to support large businesses with their billing and spend management.

Zoho Spend combines payroll capabilities with Accounts Payable (AP) automation, travel, expense, and procurement on one platform. Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition offers billing software for large organizations to manage billing operations and revenue recognition.

The company also announced new AI features within applications from Zoho's Finance and Operations Platform to automate tasks, provide financial insights, and predict outcomes.

"Zoho Spend reflects customers' demand for centralized spend management across core finance processes, while Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition gives organizations the flexibility to support more sophisticated monetization and pricing strategies as their business scales."

Zoho Spend manages procurement, AP automation, corporate travel, employee expenses, and payroll. The software provides a dashboard with visibility into these areas, allowing finance teams to manage budgets and spending.

• Procurement capabilities for source-to-pay process, vendor onboarding, RFQs, purchase requisitions, Purchase Orders, and bills
• AP automation with OCR-based scanning, 2-way and 3-way matching, payment approvals, and automated reconciliation
• Travel booking with access to global inventory, including 30+ NDC integrations and corporate fares
• Expense management from receipt-capture to reimbursements

Payroll processing with federal, state, and local tax compliance across all 50 states, employee benefits management including 401(k), 403(b), HSA, and FSA

Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition

Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition supports various revenue strategies and billing scenarios. The solution includes 15 country-specific editions compliant with regional tax regulations and e-invoicing support for nine countries including Mexico, India, and Germany.

• Billing capabilities for standard, project-based, subscription, or usage-based billing
• Automated collection workflows to reduce Day Sales Outstanding
• Customer lifecycle management for subscription journey
• Revenue recognition compliant with ASC 606 (GAAP) and IFRS 15

AI Capabilities

Powered by Zia LLM, Zoho's large language model for businesses, the AI capabilities are integrated into applications from Zoho's Finance and Operations Platform.
