Zoho, a global technology company, has announced a new partnership with Loita Business to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and South Africa fast-track their digital transformation journeys.
Loita Business is a B2B marketplace offering a modern, streamlined buying experience for businesses seeking IT solutions and a wide range of professional services.
Through this collaboration, Zoho aims to make enterprise-grade cloud technologies more accessible to SMEs, removing financial barriers that often stand in the way of digital progress. The initiative aligns closely with national strategies such as Zimbabwe’s Vision 2030, Zambia’s Digital Economy Strategy, and South Africa’s National Digital and Future Skills Strategy — all centered on fostering digitally driven and innovation-led economies.
The partnership offers a number of benefits to SMEs, including $500 in wallet credits for eligible businesses, access to annual digital training workshops, and solutions tailored to meet local market requirements. Zoho's applications have been adapted to address the specific regulatory and operational needs of businesses in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and South Africa, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regional standards.
This new collaboration is part of Zoho's broader commitment to expanding its presence across Africa, combining global expertise with a strong local focus. By working closely with regional business networks, Zoho and Loita Business aim to lower the barriers to technology adoption and equip SMEs with the tools they need to boost operational efficiency, drive innovation, and compete in a rapidly evolving market.
